Finished cold-rolled rebar is fed directly into the CNC high-speed straightening and cutting system without the need for recoiling or packaging, significantly improving efficiency.

    Coiled round wire (plain rebar) – elongation straightening and cutting, with controllable elongation and flexible operation.

The complete production line consists of the following units:
 
Dual decoilers, anti-twist cage, descaling unit, 6-cylinder hydraulic elongator, cold rolling mill (1–2 optional), steering mechanism, main traction unit (1–2 optional), CNC high-speed straightening & cutting machine, automatic alignment conveyor, centralized control panel, recoiler unit(optional).
1. Dual Decoilers
Enable continuous feeding from two coils, reducing downtime and manual work. Suitable for both wire rod and rebar.

2. Anti-Twist Cage
Prevents wire twisting and ensures smooth, stable feeding into downstream processes.

3. Descaling Unit
Removes surface oxide scale via mechanical or water-jet methods, improving cold rolling quality.

4. Six-Cylinder Hydraulic Elongator
Provides uniform, adjustable elongation for improved ductility and straightness.

5. Cold Rolling Mill (1–2 units optional)
Forms ribbed or smooth surface on rebar; optional dual mills for enhanced flexibility and precision.
6. Steering Mechanism
Automatically adjusts rebar direction for multi-path processing and quick product changeover.
7. Main Traction Unit (1–2 units optional)
